TO ALL PARTIES:   In accordance with my January 8, 2015 email to parties in this proceeding, the Staff of the New York State Department of Public Service (Staff), in coordination with Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) and the New York State Smart Grid Consortium (NYSSGC), has convened two groups to address the opportunities and challenges REV presents related to market design and platform technology.  I sincerely thank all those that reached out to us volunteering to commit time and expertise to working on these important issues.  In an effort to keep the groups an efficient size while insuring that we will have the variety of expertise necessary to achieve the desired results, the following individuals were selected, and have agreed, to make the significant time commitment necessary to participate in these groups.   Market Design Group Paul Tyno, Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus John Borchert, Central Hudson Cathy Pasion, City of New York Sergej Mahnovski, Con Edison Marji Philips, Direct Energy David M.
